Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery. Total delivery time from the date of purchase is typically 6–13 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at contact@isohair.co.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. IsoHair is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@isohair.co and we will do our best to assist you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

IsoHair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at contact@isohair.co and we will work with you to find a resolution.
