We want you to be completely satisfied with your IsoHair purchase. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Any product that has been opened or used will not be accepted for return.

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not provide return labels, and the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@isohair.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at contact@isohair.co within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
